LET Investments Ltd. proposed a project to renovate vacant ground floor commercial lease space to co-locate NAI Commercial Realty with 460 Realty in a building where 460 Realty already had Class A office space on the second storey. This co-location created synergies between 460 Realty and NAI that were not present while NAI occupied space in another area of Nanaimo.
This project proposed to renovate the existing 3,800 square foot vacant lease space into Class A corporate office space. The project included upgrading of existing structural elements, interior tenant improvements, and substantial mechanical, electrical and data upgrades.
Tectonica Management Inc. provided Project Management and Construction Management services to construct the facility. In this capacity Tectonica assumed responsibility for managing the design team members and all sub trades and suppliers as well as liaising with the City of Nanaimo on all approval matters.
