Throughout his career, Bil has purposefully accumulated a broad range of building design, construction documentation, construction procurement (tendering), contract administration and project management experience by developing a varied and comprehensive portfolio of building types, client, and service types.

Bil’s professional project experience includes examples of all project types such as single and multiple family residential, mixed-use commercial-residential, commercial and light industrial, education and health care facilities, space planning and interior design, institutional and emergency services.

As a result of this diversified portfolio, Bil has had the opportunity to work with clients as varied as single-family owner-builders, small and large developers, private and public corporations, Government agencies, health care authorities and other institutional organizations.
