Construction continues to move forward at our Mountain Vista Apartments development at 1960 Mountain Vista Drive in Nanaimo.

The four-building apartment complex has reached an exciting stage, with all four buildings now under construction. From foundations and framing to roofing and exterior work, the site showcases the coordination required to keep a multi-building project moving efficiently.

The first building remains on track for completion in Fall 2026. With the busy summer construction season now underway, work continues across the site as our team maintains momentum through the months ahead. Careful planning and coordination are helping keep this multi-building development progressing smoothly.

It has been rewarding to see the transformation of the site over the past year. What began as early site preparation has steadily evolved into a growing residential development that will provide much-needed rental housing for Nanaimo.
