Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Mackenzie joined Tectonica in April 2025 as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. A recent graduate of Vancouver Island University’s Bachelor of Business Administration program, she brings fresh ideas and creativity to her everyday work.

A former varsity basketball player and now a dedicated coach, Mackenzie carries the same discipline, focus, and collaboration she developed through sport into her professional life. She enjoys the variety her role offers—whether coordinating administrative tasks, supporting project documentation, or developing new ways to share Tectonica’s story on social media—always finding opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways.
