As part of the Duo Townhomes development in Parksville, BC Tectonica chose Deconstruction over Demolition of the existing homes on the property as well as ongoing recycling and reuse efforts throughout the construction process. Environmental responsibility is a core value of our business and a passion for our employees. Thanks to the on-site efforts of site superintendent Buddy Roozenburg and the support of our amazing staff and trades, the project was able to achieve a 94% diversion rate by weight of materials going to the landfill.
