As part of the development of a modern, secure storage facility on Vancouver Island, Tectonica Management Inc. provided project and construction management services for the successful completion of All Access Storage, located at 1321 Alberni Highway. The project involved the construction of five prefabricated metal storage buildings and a two-story residential and office building, resulting in approximately 38,000 square feet of new construction.

The facility includes 267 mini storage units across five single-story buildings, each equipped with hydronic in-floor heating, individual unit lighting, a fire sprinkler and alarm system, and HVAC systems that circulate tempered air to maintain stable storage conditions. The two-story office building serves a dual purpose: the main floor functions as a customer service and administrative space, while the upper floor provides residential accommodations for the onsite manager.

Site work included gravel paving throughout the storage area, a paved asphalt parking lot adjacent to the office, and complete utility servicing. Utility servicing included a new septic system, storm and water connections routed to Valley Road, and an overhead hydro connection from Alberni Valley Highway.
