While relocating to expand their manufacturing business, UK Sails wanted to create a unique architecturally designed building for mixed-use. They needed a bigger facility to increase their production capacity and wanted two distinctive residences to accommodate the owners.

Services included obtaining all municipal approvals, completing land consolidation, selecting and managing the project consultants, all project and construction cost estimating and control and construction management.

The structural steel building uses a complex multi-layered rain screen to create a visually porous building form that results in an attractive, dynamic and modern architectural aesthetic. This building complexity demanded an elevated degree of design integration and was completed with overall high quality and finish.
