Haven Society engaged with Tectonica to provide Project Management services for the construction of their Haven Transition House. Serving as Project Manager, Tectonica managed all aspects of the design process and represented the owner in all aspects involving municipal development and building permits.

To ensure the project was completed on time and within budget, Tectonica prepared estimates and schedules, negotiated the General Contractor’s construction agreement, and managed all contract administration while implementing QA/QC procedures.
